Felicia Hall Allen, CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, team building, organizational development, executive coaching, and sports management. She is also the founder of A STEP UP, Inc. Professional Development Symposiums. Highly sought after, Felicia also works on various projects with the Federal Court System, Fortune 500 companies, NFL, NCAA, NBA, and the United States Olympic Committee. She played basketball at The University of Iowa for Hall of Fame Coach, C. Vivian Stringer. Felicia was conferred two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Iowa, College of Law. She also completed an Executive Education Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Paul brings 40+ years of hands-on multi-ethnic leadership development training, coaching and consulting with organizations throughout the United States. He earned his B.S. of Journalism at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, where he was awarded the C.G. Young Award as the outstanding graduate in his class. Paul’s biggest assignments have come from InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, for whom he has served since 1973 in a variety of leadership and management roles. He was lead creator for several programs that were instrumental in developing emerging leaders of color for senior roles. Paul is a Certified Facilitator in Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias by the Cultural Intelligence Center. He co-led a SRO workshop at the last NCAA Inclusion Forum.
Assistant Professor of History and African American Studies at Pennsylvania State University
Amira specializes in 20th Century American History with an emphasis on race, gender, sports and politics. She is the author of the forthcoming book, “Can’t Eat a Medal”: The Lives and Labors of Black Women Athletes in the Age of Jim Crow. Her work has appeared in scholarly journals such as Radical History Review and Journal of African American History as well as popular outlets such as The New Republic and ZORA. Additionally, Davis provides sports commentary for public venues such as NPR, ESPN, and BBC.
